Project Hand-Over

The following document outlines the project hand-over agreement.

Hand-Over Agreement

This agreement certifies that Peter Hinton Design (Hinton Design Ltd) has completed its obligation for the contracted project.

The completed work covered in this hand-over document refers to original scope of the project, as outlined in the agreed proposal document.

Unless an on-going maintenance contract is in place this agreement also certifies that Peter Hinton Design is no longer responsible for maintaining the clients delivered project. Peter Hinton Design hopes to work with you on future projects and updates.
