How To Play

Triple Kingdom is a simple match-3 game but there's a few things you should know before you start...

01. The Game Board

You have a 6x6 grid game board to build your city.

02. Place Tiles

Choose from the three available item tiles, then tap a blank space to place it on the board.

03. Merge & Grow

Merge 3 or more of the same item to merge & grow the tile.

04. Wood Tiles

Keep levelling-up your tiles to grow your city.

05. Stone Tiles

There are two types of tiles; wood and stone.

Merge grass tiles to make houses, and merge rock tiles to build castles.

06. Damaged Tiles

You will occasionally encounter damaged grass/rock tiles via lightning strikes and random tiles

Lightning strikes happen at random and will wreck non-building tiles on your game board.

Note: If a lightning strike results in three adjacent dead tiles they will not merge automatically - merging only occurs when you place a tiles.

07. Earn Coins

You can merge your dead tiles to earn coin chests. Tapping a chest will give you more coins to buy items you need.

08. Animals

In certain game modes you may encounter some furry friends...

09. Special Items

If you're lucky you will receive special items to help you.

Notes: A max-level tile on the game board cannot be deleted. Deleting a tile will lose 50% of the tile score.

Triple Kingdom

Ever had an idea that you started and you realised it would take a lot longer than you thought?... welcome to Triple Kingdom

Triple Kingdom is a new twist on the classic 'match 3' game play, made with blood, sweat, tears, and gallons of caffeine by Peter Hinton Design.

Partly a side-project, partly an experiment to test the capabilities of AI tech, and partly a way to avoid doing actual work.
